Blue (Da Ba Dee)

tjmaxx kimono fashion meets God fringe Here is my first post from my first trip to Vegas! After a long work week, landing in a state with 70 degree weather was all I could ask for. Shopping for Vegas was a challenge since there surprisingly wasn’t anything at my main thrift stores but when life hands you a bohemian clearance you take advantage of it (thanks TJMaxx!) Utilizing summer sales during the cold season can be easy if you watch for 1) color and 2) the potential. Potential being that it may be thin, but can you layer it? Is it easy to accessorize with your winter goods?

We stayed at the Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort (not to be confused with the Westgate…or Flamingo Hotel) about 5 minutes away from the strip. Walking, eating, and resting basically sums up day one plus reuniting with an old friend from Liberty University that night night. It’s funny how it feels like nothing’s changed after not seeing each other for four years even though everything has changed. Good times!
