You know that moment when you discover an artist with lyrics that tug at the heart, wipes away the fluff and gets down to reality, vocals that make your eyes widen, and just overall incredible…and no one else barely knows them?
Let me introduce you to Jonathan Thulin.
I’ve heard of Thulin’s song “Dead Come to Life” a year ago but it wasn’t until a couple weeks prior that I found his two albums. Specifically speaking his second, “The White Room” which literally gives off an eerie sound of the beautiful and unfortunate reality in Christianity today then transitions to some acoustic calmness of surrender and humility. Take a listen to some of my favorites:
Hillsong Worship’s latest album, “No Other Name,” is a declaration of humility and redemption that we receive from our Redeemer. It’s a beautiful compilation that believers all across the world can unite to. I’ve also really admired the heart for God and passion that Hillsong Worship has always injected into their songs over the years. I for one have been this playing non-stop!
Hope you guys feel inspired and encouraged through these songs. 🙂 Until next time!
