Who here is a Duck Dynasty fan?!?
Don’t worry I’m not a hater. In fact, I’ve never even seen an episode.
I recently started The Duck Commander Devotional and as my friend was introducing it to me she pointed out that Rebecca, the Robertsons’ foreign exchange-turned-adopted child from Taiwan, is a fashion enthusiast who owns a boutique with her mother in Louisiana appropriately called “Duck and Dressing.” She loaded her phone to show me pictures of her shop; I was expecting simple southern clothes, lots of denim, and ducks and camo plastered on everything. Wrong. My reaction went from “Ooo” to “Those are cute!,” “I like that!,” and “Omg she has a blog!”
I became an instant fan. Not only is her merchandise southern-inspired, but they’re edgy and rugged with a hint of bohemian. The styling and photography on the blog is impeccable. I admire how knowledgeable she is and informs her audience about balancing volume in an outfit (structured vs. flowy pieces) and using textures and cuts- not just what’s cute when you put this and this together. I sooo wish I could buy every accessory in her store from the boots to bags, too. Thankfully D & D will be introducing online shopping this spring.
Did I mention the store’s interior is pretty rad, too?

“Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.” -Matthew 7: 24,25
