Septemberfest in Ortonville always has some nostalgia to come with it. Being as how the town’s own little “Arts, Beats, and Eats” annually falls two or three days after my birthday, my parents always thought it’d be a great addition to my party while inviting our friends from various suburbia. Fast forward a few years later and we’re back in Downtown O-Ville as a family casually strolling through booths and tents of small businesses, homemade crafts, live music, food trucks, and organizations. I surprisingly saw two Thirty-One booths too, a Christian retailer who sells products similar to those of Vera Bradley. They also believe in the light of a Proverbs 31 woman which is so awesome to see!
This is certainly one of my last summer looks of 2013 and what a summer it has been. It went by so fast! I found these overalls at an SA- the only pair I’ve found that actually fits me and isn’t oversized. I wish I could say I DIY-ed this tank too but when it comes so vibrantly full, you don’t have to do much. Oh, and can’t forget about the gold-on-gold jewelry!
Hope you had a great week and make sure to check back next week!
