May I rave about this gentleman for a minute? David Philpot is an international artist and creator of all these marvelous staffs. He and his wife, Marsha, moved to Detroit from Chicago and are known as “Detroit Royalty.” Surely you can bet they both carried a staff during their wedding last year. What if staffs like these were an everyday accessory?
Rebecca Moore designs. A very kind and generous person who gave me advice on becoming a fashion designer. Her designs brought nostalgia from my SoFA days in sewing class; corsets were my favorite pieces to sew!
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to attend the last day of Michigan F.A.S.H. Fest, but these past two days were surely an eyesight of great local talent and passion.
Hope you enjoyed these posts from Michigan F.A.S.H. Fest! What did you enjoy the most?
