What I Wore to My Graduation

I am so excited to share with you these first look shots with my new hair! I’ve wanted this done for almost a year now but I never had the courage to do it. After these past few weeks of really wanting it and pinning my hair back just to visualize it, I knew it was now or never! I had it done on Saturday and can I just say…WHEW. It took a lot out of me. As soon as she chopped off the first 12 inches I screamed followed by looks from every person in the salon. I’ve always had my hair long so this was a big jump and I absolutely LOVE IT!

Big news: I GRADUATED FROM SoFA on MONDAY! Being an arts school, instead of the normal cap and gown, we had a fashion show and this is what I wore :). I found this dress back in July and loved the chiffon fall; it’s like a cape in the front and back! I accessorized with spike pieces (I think it’s the hair) from the Q. A cross between feminine and edgy.

So how was graduation you ask? The day compiled of five months of blood, sweat, and tears for 30 seconds on a runway? Click here to read on!
