Yesterday was such a fun day! Although I’m recovering from a random fever, my Saturday was productive and I got to witness an awesome event! Regarding my outfit, I didn’t even realize there were alligators on it until I wore it. Alligators and a snake print bag, hello reptile! I love the little peep hole on the front as well; the placement is perfect.

On to the fashion show I attended: SoFA X BAYO! For BAYO’s anniversary, they exclusively teamed up with SoFA to launch the first of its kind young designer competition. Seven finalists were chosen to be a part of the final fashion show where the grand winner would be selected. The winner’s prize included PHP 100,000 and their collection will be carried in BAYO stores nationwide. Amazing prize gift, right? I loved seeing my fellow classmates’ collections walk down the runway hallway. Since the theme was “Modern Fairytale” there were a ton of bright, feminine colors, florals, and lace. In other words, pretty and beautiful details! Here are some of the looks from the show:

Dan Concepcion

Alyssa Lapid

Ghen Alcantara

Bengt Enrique

Congratulations, Sylvia Park!!! This girl sewed all her seven looks in less than a month- can you believe it? Here are some of her garments:

So there it is! Congrats again to all of the contestants. You guys did an amazing job!

Oh! Afterwards, I got to finally meet with my fellow CollegeFashionista Style Guru from La Salle Maureen Manuel! Hi, Maureen! #StyleGuruLove
