Book Worm

Last Monday my family and I went to Mall of Asia to attend the 32nd Annual Manila International Book Fair. Comfy-chic was the goal which called for my most comfortable pair of heels ever which are also my favorite wedges. After two hours of searching through [fashion and graphic design] books and pushing through a Divisoria-like crowd, I thought about the book fairs in K-8th grade. I loved them…such a nerd. And ever since I watched Beauty and the Beast and the library scene, I’ve always wanted a home library that’s fully loaded- ladders and all.

Oh how I miss public libraries.

Print will never die. There’s no substitute for the feel of an actual book. I adore physically turning pages, and being able to underline passages and not worrying about dropping them in the bath or running out of power. I also find print books objects of beauty.” – J.K. Rowling
