Kalibo Day 2

This day was definitely the highlight of my trip! After waking up at 11am due to lack of sleep caused by unnecessary distractions (-___-), I ate, got ready for the day, went to mass for the second time in my life, then it was eating time! A bunch of family and friends came over my Lola’s house from 4pm to the earrrrly morninnn’…

Meanwhile, there was music blasting from behind the house over at the basketball courts. Little did I know, the neighborhood was holding a street dance function! Lucky! I headed over there with a bunch of family friends not expecting to see speakers the size of me towered in a pyramid-like structure, disco lights in the center of the plaza, and a crowd of over a hundred people. After watching my Tito’s 4-year-old daughter gyrating better than me, my “sweet dance” moment, a ton of laughing and screaming, fish balls and Lights later… simply stated: danced the night away yet again.
