I just finished watching Marie Antoinette (played by Kirsten Dunst) for a homework assignment and I think I would like to live during that time period as Antoinette… at least for a day. I always wanted to live during the Baroque/Rococo and Directoire/Empire era just because of the clothing back then and because two of my favorite Disney movies, Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast, are based around that time. The women only wore dresses! Dream. As I was watching, I was examining their costumes and they were all big frou-frou dresses with pretty details and ruffles. Even the shoes they pictured. I would definitely wear them today. Plus, there were a ton of scenes with pastries, cakes, and other baked loving goodness and I was craving! They were so pretty!
