Quiapo Haul!

Oh my gosh. Best shopping experience here so far FOR SURE. Quiapo is a market the size of a subdivision maybe even bigger. It’s composed of stalls of vendors mainly for food, clothes, and shoes. It’s like the Divisoria but much cleaner and smells so much better. Much better.

Sleeping vendors

It started raining. :/

Okay okay so we went into this store…

Oh my gosh. Jewelry heaven. Like literally I stopped breathing for about 10 seconds. The store was completely covered with rings, bracelets, necklaces, beads, pearls, purses, watches, hair accessories, jewelry making supplies, and some random things. Ugh. Just thinking about it right now makes me want to go there this weekend. But I can’t. Because…well I’ll put that in another post. But seriously I got so excited. They just had so many beautiful things! Vintage accessories, fake Chanel rings and necklaces but they were so cute anyways, long beaded necklaces, gold bangles, jeweled bracelets, etc. AH. I barely splurge. Like…never. I’m a lover of sales and #% offs. So here’s what I got and let me show you how CHEAP these items were…

Earrings: P24.00 ≈ $0.50

Earrings: P55.00 ≈ $1.26

Earrings: P26.00 ≈ $0.60

Earrings: P50.00 ≈ $1.15

Vintage necklace: P65.00 ≈ $1.49

Owl necklace: P65.00 ≈ $1.49

Layered necklace: P80.00 ≈ $1.84

Headband: P40.00 ≈ $0.92

Headband: P40.00 ≈ $0.92

New school bag/purse: P495.00 ≈ $11.36

Seriously? I’m sorry Forever 21 and For Love 21. I think we just need a break.

And I’m crazy excited for pasalubong in May! Ah can’t wait!!! 🙂
